Protecting Intellectual Property

Banigig’s Legal and Copyright Policies are designed to protect the intellectual property (IP) of both sellers and buyers. Sellers should only offer services that respect the IP rights of others, and buyers should ensure they hold rights to any materials provided for services. Violations of copyright laws not only disrupt the platform’s operations but can lead to significant legal consequences.

Our policies prohibit sellers from using or distributing copyrighted material without proper authorization. For instance, using stock images, music, or software that are copyrighted without a license is not allowed. Buyers, on the other hand, should clarify with sellers if they are providing copyrighted content to ensure legal use in deliverables.

Banigig provides a reporting system for IP violations. Users who identify unauthorized use of their content or work can report it, and Banigig will investigate accordingly. This process protects the platform’s integrity, ensuring that all users can transact with peace of mind.
